Who we are

DealOS is software for real estate operators. This policy explains what information we collect when you use dealosapp.com and the DealOS app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, company), the data you and your team enter into DealOS (deals, contacts, documents), and basic technical information needed to run the service (log data, device and browser type).

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, DealOS uses Gmail access only to send email you compose in DealOS from your own address, to read the messages and send-as addresses needed to show that activity in DealOS, and Google Calendar access only to show and manage events you choose to link to your deals. Tokens are encrypted at rest and never sent to your browser. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or let humans read it except with your permission, for security, or as required by law.

DealOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings → Integrations.

How we use information

To provide and improve DealOS, to send service email you ask for (notifications, invitations), to keep accounts secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

With service providers that run DealOS on our behalf (hosting, database, email delivery), under contracts that limit their use of the data, and when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can export your data or ask us to delete your account at any time.
